We onboard management and the organization to sustainability, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ESG based on the EU legislative framework of CSRD, SFRD, ESRS and the EUC Strategy and Action Plan of a Circular Economy with new ecodesign criteria, EPR, new value chains and new business models. We provide onboarding training where 2-3 key employees attend a 3-days session and walk through the great transition, circular economy and new market conditions based on ESG data, new business models and new products. Here we end up building the first version of ESG data map. The sessions will be attended by 5-7 companies and no more than 20 people.
